Sometimes as a believer, you may experience a period of discouragement and doubt. However, even when you might feel like you are at a distance from God.
God is always there. When you are overcome with a feeling of doubt, that is the exact moment you should seek God’s presence by seeking a deeper relationship with Him. As you seek God, He will calm your fears and strengthen you.
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. (James 1:5-6NIV)
